Special passes for being outside during the curfew were introduced in Kyiv

From September 1, special passes of a new format were introduced in Kyiv for being outside during the curfew. They will have a more complex protection system.

This was reported in the Kyiv City Military Administration.

“The reason is falsification of documents and violation of the order of movement during curfew. That is why the new passes will have a more complex protection system,” the message reads.

The city commandant’s office also noted that new passes will not be issued to: civilians, public organizations, charitable foundations, unions, associations and groups.
