The city is actively developing this field so that the municipal community receives the most necessary skills regarding defense, first aid, and first response in the event of explosions or chemical attacks.
Such classes are held for voluntary formations of the Territorial Defence forces and communal enterprise workers, as well as for Kyiv residents because people need to know the basics of civil defense, be able to act in the shelling or certain damage, and be ready to defend their families.
