Tariffs for Euro-Reconstruction costumers and the Kyivteploenergo utility company will not increase during this winter.
This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.
At the same time, “Euro-Reconstruction” LLC calculated economically justified tariffs taking into account the increase in the cost of energy carriers. This is part of the necessary procedure for the company to receive compensation in accordance with the procedure established by law at the state level.
On August 18, the Law of Ukraine “On the peculiarities of regulating relations in the natural gas market and in the field of heat supply during martial law and the subsequent restoration of their functioning” was signed, introducing a moratorium on price increases (tariffs) for natural gas distribution services, heat energy (its production, transportation and supply) and services for the supply of thermal energy and the supply of hot water during the period of martial law in Ukraine and six months after the month in which the martial law is terminated or canceled.
This law also establishes a compensation mechanism, which is introduced for heat supply enterprises in relation to the debt in tariffs for production, transportation and supply of thermal energy, for thermal energy, services for centralized heating and centralized hot water supply, services for the supply of thermal energy and hot water supply .
