The guide will be available in all points of comprehensive assistance to internally displaced persons in Kyiv.

Specialists of the Department of Public Communications of the Kyiv City State Administration together with the “Communication Center” analyzed the questions from internally displaced persons and integrated the answers into a separate guide. The 30 pages contain up-to-date data from the Cabinet of Ministers and relevant ministries, city services and departments, the Kyiv City State Administration website reports.

“Comprehensive consultations for displaced persons in Shevchenkivskyi VcentriHUB take place every Friday from June 24. During this time, over 800 people sought help in this place. We collected the main questions they have, sent them to our colleagues so that they would give a clear and comprehensive reply with recommendations developed by the Cabinet of Ministers, took service information that may be useful for displaced persons and developed such a brochure,” Director of the Department of Public Communications Roman Lelyuk said.

The necessary contacts of city services are available in the guide. The QR-codes contain links to the legal framework related to internally displaced persons. The guide was published with the support of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).

“Since we started working with internally displaced persons, more and more friends and partners have joined our initiatives. I am grateful to GIZ Ukraine, which helped us publish this brochure. I’m sure: it will be useful for internally displaced persons,” Lelyuk said.

The guides will be placed in all points of comprehensive assistance to internally displaced persons in Kyiv.

The collection is also available in online format at the link.
