The Kyiv Zoo received 17 tons of feed for different kinds of animals from European zoos

This is extremely important since some exotic animals require special diets.

There are 200 kinds of animals living at the Kyiv Zoo.

Due to Russian military aggression, many zoos in Ukraine have suffered a great deal and require help.

Part of the feed received will be sent for animals at other Ukrainian zoos. Nearly 4 tons of feed will soon be given to the Mykolaiv Zoo, which is currently suffering the most.

In addition to that, taking into account individual needs, feed will be transferred to other zoos: 2 tons to the Odesa Zoo, 800 kg to the Rivne Zoo, and 400 kg to the Cherkasy Zoo. The XII Months Zoo, Limpopo Zoo, and Odesa Biopark will each be sent 800 kg.
