The memorial plaque to Bulgakov was removed from the building of the Shevchenko University in Kyiv

A memorial plaque to the writer Mykhailo Bulgakov was removed from the facade of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University.

Ksenia Semenova, a member of the Kyiv City Council, announced this on Facebook.

Some citizens are also supporting the demolition of the monument to Bulgakov in Kyiv.
