There is an offensive operation of the Defense Forces in the south of Ukraine, there are certain successes, in particular in the direction of Novodanilivka-Novoprokopivka.
Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Maliar reported this.
According to her, “there is an offensive operation of our troops in the southern directions. There are certain successes, particularly in the direction of Novodanilivka-Novoprokopivka.” As Maliar emphasized, “our troops are currently consolidating their positions at the achieved frontlines.”
In addition, on the Bakhmut direction, the Defense Forces continue to conduct offensive operations south of Bakhmut.
“Heavy fighting is ongoing in Klyshchivtsi, Kurdiuivtsi, and Andriivtsi. There are some successes, and they are consolidating their positions at the achieved frontlines”, said Maliar. At the same time, there is an offensive operation of Ukrainian troops on the southern fronts.

At the same time, on the northern front, the enemy maintains a military presence in border areas with Ukraine, holding three groups of troops covering the state border in Bryansk, Kursk, and Belgorod regions (“Bryansk”, “Kursk”, and “Belgorod”) to restrict Ukrainian troops and prevent them from being redeployed to active combat zones. The enemy continues to shell populated areas from Russian territory and conducts intelligence activities with violations of Ukraine’s state border.
