The President of Lithuania arrived in Kyiv

Gitanas Nauseda will address the deputies in the Verkhovna Rada.

Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda visited Kyiv on the Day of Ukrainian Statehood. Gitanas Nauseda announced this on Twitter.

“I just arrived in Kyiv. On this special day, as Ukraine celebrates the Day of Statehood for the first time, I will address the Ukrainian people in the Verkhovna Rada,” he wrote.

Nauseda also informed that he will hold a meeting with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and present him with Lithuania’s highest state award — the Order of Vytautas the Great.
