During the night of September 7th, the Ukrainian Air Force shot down 25 "Shahed" drones that the Russians used to attack the Sumy and Odessa regions of Ukraine.

This information was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force.

Indeed, the occupiers launched attacks on Sumy and Odessa regions from several directions using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the “Shahed-136/131” type, approaching from the north, southeast, and south directions (Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk – Russia, Cape Chauda – temporarily occupied territory, Crimea).

In total, the Russians deployed 33 “Shahed” drones, primarily targeting the southern areas of the Odessa region.

As a result of the combat operations conducted by the Air Force, in collaboration with the air defense units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, 25 “Shahed-136/131” drones were destroyed.
