In the past two months, Russians have increasingly been using guided aerial bombs in attacks on Sumy region. Yesterday, the occupiers launched 10 guided aerial bombs across the region.

This was reported on KYIV24 by the commander of the 3rd platoon of the 8th Separate Special Forces Regiment, Volodymyr Bytsak.

“For over two months now, Russians have been constantly bombing Sumy region with guided aerial bombs. They often target agricultural enterprises and residential buildings. Yesterday was an average day. There were 238 explosions, including around 10 guided aerial bomb strikes across Sumy region. One person was injured. Last week was much worse; there were even casualties among the police. There have been many terrible consequences from the occupiers’ actions”, he said.

Recall that this week, as a result of a Russian attack on the Yunakivska community in Sumy region, a man and a woman were killed. The strike destroyed one private residential building, and five other buildings were damaged.
