The turnstiles will be replaced from August 16 to August 30.
This was reported by the Kyiv City State Administration.
The message noted that the turnstiles will be replaced at the Taras Shevchenko metro station from August 16 to August 30. For passengers, the station will operate as usual, and all necessary work will be carried out at night.
The new equipment is installed in 18 lobbies of 11 stations of the capital metro. They accept all electronic fare payment methods:
- qr-ticket;
- qr-ticket generated in the “Kyiv Digital” application;
- transport card;
- Kyiv card;
- contactless bank card.
“Kyiv Metropoliten” apologizes for possible temporary inconveniences during the replacement of passenger automation devices.
