Forces of defense are moving on the Zaporizhzhia-Melitopol and Kherson directions, with intense battles underway.
This was reported by the head of the press service of the Southern Region of the National Guard of Ukraine, Serhiy Shenklyan, in an interview with Kyiv24.
“There is progress on the Melitopol direction, which was also acknowledged by President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Unfortunately, we cannot provide more detailed information. Advancements are happening every day; there have been significant developments in the past two days. Defense forces are working around the clock on the Zaporizhzhia, Melitopol, and Kherson fronts, engaging in heavy battles daily. Our soldiers are advancing confidently”, he said.
As previously reported, Ukrainian forces are disrupting the enemy’s plans and inflicting losses on the Bahmut, Kupiansk, and Lyman fronts.
