Starting from Monday, April 17th, Ukraine plans to begin exporting electricity to Slovakia at a rate of 200 MW per hour.
This was reported by the press service of “Ukrenergo”.
An auction was held today for the allocation of the available capacity of inter-state crossings in the direction of Slovakia for the supply date of April 17th. 100% of the available capacity in this direction was distributed among four participants in the auction.
“Ukrenergo” also reminded that the maximum permissible capacity for the export of electricity to Europe, as allowed by ENTSO-E, is currently 400 MW, and the company is working on increasing this volume.
