Ukrainian Air Defense Forces shot down 18 Russian-Iranian kamikaze drones overnight on December 20.

The attack involved a total of 19 UAVs of the Shahed type, with 18 of them successfully intercepted and destroyed by the Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine within the regions of Odesa, Kherson, Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Kirovohrad.
The launches originated from the Chauda Cape and Balaklava, both located in the occupied Crimea.
Additionally, the adversary targeted Kharkiv region with two guided anti-aircraft missiles launched from the S-300 air defense system in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation. Fortunately, there were no reported casualties.
