At the meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff regarding the situation on the front, Budanov reported on the possibility of an invasion from Belarus.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced this.

“Another Staff meeting. Reports from the commanders of Zaluzhny, Syrsky, Tarnavsky about the situation on the front, advancements, defense. New defense packages. Report from Minister Reznikov. Improving logistics of supplies – Vice Prime Minister Kubrakov. Increasing our own production, particularly good results regarding UAVs. Expanding repair capacities. Reports from Minister of Strategic Industries Kamishin and Commander Gulak”, he said.

They also discussed the protection of nuclear power plants and the northern border, as well as the results of the readiness check of defense forces for carrying out respective tasks.

The President listened to reports from Minister Klymenko, Chairman of the State Border Guard Service Deyneko, and Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Defense Voronchenko.

He noted that considering the intelligence data and measures taken, the threat of invasion from Belarus is absent. Additionally, the report from the Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Budanov was heard.

Recall that during the previous Staff meeting on July 5th, the defense of the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, the situation on the front, and domestic production of weaponry were discussed.
