The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has declared the American Senator Lindsey Graham wanted for his statements.
This was reported by NSN.
“The basis for the search: Article of the Criminal Code”, stated in Graham’s profile on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
It should be noted that earlier a video of Graham’s meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky appeared online, in which the American Senator referred to the deaths of Russians as “the best money spent” by Washington.
It was precisely because of this that the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered the initiation of a criminal case based on Graham’s statements.
However, later Reuters agency found out that Graham actually made statements about “dying Russians” and “beneficial investments” in various parts of the conversation. The Senator stated that in Ukraine they have embraced the ideology of “Live free or die,” and in this context, “Russians are dying.” Graham referred to the $38 billion in military aid provided by Washington to Kyiv as a beneficial investment.
Recall that the court of the aggressor country has sentenced the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, in absentia. He is charged with the “terrorist act” on the Kerch Bridge.
